Piilossa Exhibition Opened in Annantalo, Helsinki

Inside a cloud, beneath the surface, underground, or behind a door? Piilossa (Hidden) is an exhibition about things that are not always visible.

Artists Janne Kärkkäinen, Anniina Salo, and Kirsti Taiviola were invited to exhibit their works among many changing works by children and young people from the art groups Kohina, Kontrasti, Jäljen etsijät, Painotassut, and Sähäkät siveltimet.

In the exhibition, Annantalo’s Alagalleria has been divided into different rooms — each its own kind of hiding place. The exhibition is a process: some rooms may occasionally be closed and reopen with new content, or artworks may change. Each visit offers something new to discover.

Exhibition is open until 5.9.2025. Welcome!
